In Journal Prompts
Hey guys!
Every Monday, (starting March 8, 2021) underneath the corresponding tab, you will receive a journal question or a writing prompt. Our Writing Prompt will help you kickstart the week and get some creative juices flowing. We ask that you keep it PG-13. Write as much or as little as you want and we hope that you share and get inspired! Our Mental Health Journal prompt will kickstart the week with some self-reflection. Although you don't have to share (but we'd love it if you did!), we encourage you to write in your own journal if not as a post to contribute. If you have any prompts that you'd like us to publish, please email us (heartsnsouls03@gmail.com) or reach out via Instagram (the._.monologue), or fill out the contact form!

In Writing
Hey guys and welcome to the Writing section of The Dialogue! Here, you can share anything related to writing and reading. Our "Book Review" section is a place where you can review and talk about your latest reads and give recommendations to other readers! Our "Writer's Advice" section is for you to help each other out and answer questions, as we knowing writing can be tough at times. Find other writers and help each other out or bond over the struggles and triumphs of writing! For anything that doesn't fit in either category, feel free to write a post under the Writing section on The Dialogue, and feel free to promote your work because you deserve the recognition!

In Mental Health
Hey guys! As a way to end the stigma that surrounds mental health, we want to create an open and safe place to share and read struggles with mental health. Our "Tips and Tricks" section is to share any methods that you may have learned over the years that help you cope with some of your harder days, or things that you use in daily practice. Our "Group Therapy" section is to share your personal stories about mental health, including but is not limited to your diagnosis, or simply things you may struggle with from time to time. Anything that doesn't fit in either of these categories can be shared in the Mental Health section. Remember that you are NEVER alone and that help is ALWAYS available. For resources, please check out the "resources" tab under Mental Health, which is accessible at the top of our website. Help us end the stigma about mental health by creating a safe and open space to share and help others.
