Hey guys! As a way to end the stigma that surrounds mental health, we want to create an open and safe place to share and read struggles with mental health.
Our "Tips and Tricks" section is to share any methods that you may have learned over the years that help you cope with some of your harder days, or things that you use in daily practice.
Our "Group Therapy" section is to share your personal stories about mental health, including but is not limited to your diagnosis, or simply things you may struggle with from time to time.
Anything that doesn't fit in either of these categories can be shared in the Mental Health section.
Remember that you are NEVER alone and that help is ALWAYS available. For resources, please check out the "resources" tab under Mental Health, which is accessible at the top of our website.
