Hi guys, I'm gonna start us off on our conversation about mental health struggles. If you read my Q&A, you likely know that I struggle with OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder), and depression to some extent. I am able to manage them with the help of therapy and medication, though they become more difficult to deal with at times, namely the OCD. OCD is a disorder that is often misunderstood as having a preference for neatness and organization, leading to the use of phrases such as "I'm so OCD", which are generally used very flippantly and without knowledge of what it is like to live with the disorder itself. To learn more about this disorder, check out our latest mental health blog post! It was a great experience getting to educate others about an issue I struggle with personally, and hopefully, if you check it out you'll learn some new information about it.
